The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The service at the reception was terrible. There was a mix-up with my extended stay, which resulted in me being asked to check out of my room even though I had paid for an extra night.

We loved the location of this venue as it was between the train station and the old town. It was very convenient to go anywhere from this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, and the staff provided excellent room service, housekeeping, and airport shuttle. The room amenities such as tea and coffee facilities and mini-bar were delightful, and the in-room air conditioning made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which made for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area offered an outstanding buffet breakfast that was delicious and satisfying, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a slight issue at the reception desk with the customer service of the staff. The lady told us that she could not wait for us to take a shower because we did not have any clean or dry towels left.

The hotel's location in the city center was perfect, as it allowed us to easily walk to all the major attractions and historical landmarks. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities, such as the well-equipped gym and spa, added to our overall enjoyment.

The spacious room and bathroom werenice and neat. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the Old Town and the Grassalkovich Palace. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and combinations to suit all tastes. The staff was nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bratislava.
